Ideally situated in Bingley, the Rugby Club’s event spaces can cater for all events of all sizes, whether, corporate, personal, or charitable, including weddings, birthdays, funerals, fun days, or music festivals. We have two internal rooms to choose from.
The larger room, (featured in the picture above) overlooks the sports grounds and leafy surroundings along the River Aire and can comfortably seat up to 140 people (more for buffet-style functions) and provides car parking for up to 200 cars.
For larger events, we can provide marquee hire to connect with the main building ideal for weddings and corporate functions.
We also have acres of green space on either bank of the River Aire for your outdoor event.

Oliver aka Squeaky Duck Dining is a Michelin trained and multi rosette awarded chef.
He kickstarted his career at Michelin starred ‘The Star Inn’ at Harome and early in his career his experiences saw him cook for the Royal family, win an international culinary award and gain experience in boutique hotels across Leeds.
Oliver spent years training in some incredible restaurants in Leeds including The Black Swan, Crafthouse, Angelica and Hotel Chocolat before heading up the kitchen at one of the oldest family-run restaurants in Leeds; Salvos. From there, Oliver then went on to The Devonshire Group as Head Chef at The Devonshire Fell where he spent years creating a truly indulgent experience for guests before embarking on his own journey
Now, the Resident Chef at the Club you’ll find Oliver hosting private dinners, catering for weddings, and bringing one-off events throughout the year at the club – and we’d love you to come down and see what we’ve got to offer.
